Buckland's book is a classic reference book on Wicca that no self respecting Wiccan should be without. It is of the Gardnerian Wiccan tradition and mainly for covens although it is easy to adapt the rituals for solitary Wiccan practice.
Some people don't recommend this book for newcomers to Wicca, however I believe that as soon as you can afford it, add it to your collection as there is few other resources as comprehensive as this one.
